Convention Roomie Gift

I am headed off to the Close To My Heart convention at Disneyland next week!  Woohoo!  I think I went a bit overboard on the glitter for my roommates, but I just couldn't help myself.  I know when I like what I am creating when I look at it and it makes me smile.  These definitely make me smile.

Erlynne's Birthday Card and Bracelet

I had to wait to post this until I gave Erlynne the card I made for her birthday.  I absolutely love using the watercolor technique, especially for flowers.  The butterfly was fun, too, and a different sort of paper piecing.  Stacking the same thing on top of each other really gives it a fun, fluttery feeling.  One of my other hobbies that I dabble in is jewelry, so I made her a braided bracelet, too.
